We had springrolls and two #3's. Fast and friendly service. We probably only waited about 4 or 5 minutes for the springrolls and 7 or 8 minutes for our soup. Tasted great, served hot. 5 stars...

Absolutely phenomenal! Uncle Ten Vietnamese Restaurant is a true hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and the inviting aroma of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, making it perfect for everything from a casual lunch to a special dinner. The food is nothing short of outstanding. Every dish bursts with fresh flavors and feels like a carefully crafted homage to traditional recipes. The pho is some of the best I’ve ever had—rich, aromatic broth loaded with tender meat and crisp herbs. Their banh mi sandwiches are perfectly balanced, with crusty bread and savory fillings that keep you craving more. Don’t skip the spring rolls either; they’re fresh, light, and paired with a deliciously tangy dipping sauce. On top of all that, the service is exceptional. The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They’re always happy to make recommendations or explain the dishes, adding a personal touch that makes the experience even more memorable. I had a #1 Pho soup with spring rolls. My brother recommended me to try their food, and I am very satisfied with the portion and the service. It definitely hit the spot!

Great place to have some decent pho in Pacific place. Food was ready almost immediately after we ordered, they were served with some special hot sauce. Portions are okay, considering most pho places don’t really put enough noodles these days. The only con was that we came in around 8 pm, and they were sorting cleaned utensils and it was very loud.

I typically order the special beef noodle soup (Pho Dac Biet). Broth is clean and flavourful, not too salty. Portions are also fairly generous and the beef is high quality. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. One of my favourite places for pho. Update: also tried the Bun Bo Hue which was delicious, would recommend.

Beef noodles were absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, the beef was tender, and the noodles had the perfect bite. A comforting, satisfying dish I’d definitely enjoy again!

My favourite restaurant in all of Calgary. The Pho broth is unlike anything you’ll find anywhere, the coffee is crushable and the service is unmatched. You are doing a disservice to yourself if you love Vietnamese food and haven’t been here!
